We warmly invite you to Yuthok Ling Arce for our very first Ngakmang Gathering & Olive Harvest, a unique 5-day event weaving together spiritual practice, community, and connecting with nature in collaboration with Tanaduk Garden.

Nestled in the emerald hills of Arce, Italy,

Dr. Nida’s new retreat land Yuthok Ling Arce is home to over 300 ancient olive trees, cultivated on blessed land dedicated to the Yuthok Nyingthig lineage and Sowa Rigpa healing.

As the leaves turn with autumn’s arrival and we move into the last quarter of the year, this is a ripe time to reflect and refresh your practice within nature and community.
THE PROGRAM

This gathering is open to all

ngakpas, ngakmas, and practitioners seeking a meaningful pause in daily life.


The program will include:

  • Morning group practice 

Morning group practice of Yuthok Nyingthig Ngöndro and Guru Yoga

  • Evening Shanglon practice

Evening Shanglon practice for protection and auspiciousness

  • Daily yoga & movement

Daily yoga & movement to stretch, open, and strengthen the body 

  • Olive harvesting & gardening

 where we’ll gather fruit from Yuthok Ling Arce’s olive grove and garden, plant lavender, and process the harvest

  • Tanaduk Garden: Sowa Rigpa for Autumn program 

the third installment of Tanaduk Garden’s seasonal series focused on Sowa Rigpa self care, herbalism, and yoga for the autumn season.

  • Community time with sangha

*And you’ll take home some of our freshly pressed, organic olive oil—infused with blessings from Medicine Buddha, Yuthok, and countless healing mantras recited by our Tibetan Medicine Mantra Healer group

*Please keep in mind that the possibility and abundance of olive harvesting depends on the unpredictable climate and growth conditions of the season. 
Whether you’re seeking rejuvenation, sangha companionship, or time in nature, this gathering offers meaningful opportunity for community, spiritual practice, and connecting with the earth.

REGISTRATION

Registration is by donation
with a minimum of €. 380
( 345 for members) 

From this donation, €200 covers food and daily expenses for the week, and s €180 goes toward the program and an annual membership for Sorig Khang Italia no profit association 

You are welcome to offer separate dana for the teacher and the
Tanaduk Garden projects.

Provided Meals:

For guests staying at Yuthok Ling, dinner is available as an optional add-on for €15 per day.

Alternatively, there are B&b Airbnbs and hotels available in the area which you can arrange personally. 

if you need help and assistance the association can help you with logistics. All directions on how and where to get there will be sent to all participants.

- la terza puntata della serie stagionale del Giardino Tanaduk che si focalizza sulla cura di sé, i rimedi naturali e lo yoga per la stagione autunnale.

  • Momento di condivisione con il sangha

*E porterete a casa un po' del nostro olio d'oliva biologico appena spremuto, infuso con le benedizioni del Buddha della Medicina, Yuthok, e con innumerevoli mantra di guarigione recitati dal nostro gruppo di Tibetan Medicine Mantra Healer
